Guilty-pleasure movies should not be underestimated. I had a scary-fun-house blast at Zombieland, in which studly Woody Harrelson, nerdy Jesse Eisenberg, sexy Emma Stone and sunshiny Abigail Breslin roam a near-dead world kicking zombie ass. show more

    Mick LaSalle San Francisco Chronicle

Yet, even at its worst, Zombieland is better than most movies of its kind - disgusting but not too disgusting, and with a few laughs. show more

An improbably delicious comedy. show more

    Steven Rea Philadelphia Inquirer

It also boasts one of the funniest, loopiest Woody Harrelson turns in years. show more

Joe Neumaier New York Daily News

The action-comedy Zombieland works because it's played with an emphasis on the living, not the undead. show more

    Michael Rechtshaffen The Hollywood Reporter

Falling closer in tone to "Shaun of the Dead" than "28 Days Later" or the George Romero movies, Zombieland has its tongue planted firmly in its rancid cheek while still delivering the visceral goodies. show more

    Michael Phillips Chicago Tribune

Warts, entrails and all, I had a ball at Zombieland. It’s 81 minutes of my kind of stupid. show more

Modestly clever, this is definitely a little thing. Enjoy. show more

Who would have guessed such a funny movie as Zombieland could be made around zombies? No thanks to the zombies. show more

When i saw the preview for this movie i thought it was a plain old zombie movie. I went to go see it a week later and loved it. I saw it 2/23/11 on tv and still laughed so hard it hurt. And when i came out on DVD it was the first thing on my mind. All together a grate movie

Bramicus- did you actually see it? Or decide you hated it via one actor in it? Anyway, this was possibly the best movie I've ever seen. Granted I am in LOVE with zombie movies, so mixing it with a comedy... Amazing. Personally loved Bill Murray... Besides laughing my ass off, it was actually a little scary at the same time! Perfect.
