Thanks to Christian Bale's new look, many men now see themselves as Batman.
Christian Bale has been "eating a lot of pies" to play former Vice President Dick Cheney in an upcoming biopic. The film, reportedly titled "Backseat," co-stars Amy Adams as his wife Lynne Cheney, and both transformed for their roles.
Bale is known for his many physical transformations across films, but it was still a shock to see him bleach his eyebrows and gain weight for the role of Dick Cheney. The resulting look, which now includes a bald head, appeared to many fans as a better match for themselves or their dads than George W. Bush's veep.
This, of course, led to great reactions on Twitter:
If this really Christian Bale then every friend I've ever had, has a dad with potential https://t.co/CmXnnIMLZx

At least Bale looks happy. Doesn't he? At least more content than his usual more surly stare, which may be due to all the times he's had to starve himself for other roles:
Typical Christian Bale. pic.twitter.com/YWe3m2Y1cd

Just eating a lot of pie sounds like great film prep, from here. We're planning to do a lot next week ourselves.
Bale's Dick Cheney movie does not have a release date yet, but we're looking forward to seeing his latest transformation on screen.
