The action flick "355" has officially started shooting, so Jessica Chastain celebrated by sharing a video from the set.
The two-time Academy Award nominee posted the first look via Instagram on Monday, and it explains how the project came to be as well as offers hints of what to expect. Chastain recounts how she was working with "355" director Simon Kinberg on "Dark Phoenix" and she got the idea to do an action film with a female ensemble cast.
"I called all the actresses and we are the studio," she says in the video. "Everyone owns the film. And now we're making it."
"All the actresses" includes some uber talented women. Chastain stars alongside Lupita Nyong'o, Penelope Cruz, Diane Kruger, and Fan Bingbing. They all appear in the new footage, and it looks like they're very hard at work. There are shots of the actresses engaging in target practice, boxing training, and more. Watch below.
