This talented Salvadoran began in the artistic world at the age of 13, since she confesses that before she dedicated herself to the practice of the Polynesian martial art of lima lama; However, music is something that she carries in her blood, because she inherited her taste from her father and her sister Any Velásquez. He made his first performances in hotels and parties with Chepe Toño and his Guanabambú Orchestra, then he worked with the Hermanos Cárcamo trio and later joined the Tropisonora, the group of his sister Any and at the age of 18 he was part of the Sonora Dinamita project.

Remembering his start with the Cárcamo brothers, Velásquez performed one of his most nostalgic songs from that romantic time with “Sabor a mí”. In 2013, her career took a turn when, without having planned it, she was the last to sign up for the casting in El Salvador to participate in the La Academia Centroamérica program, which took place in Guatemala City, where she won the contest, competing with 21 other talented representatives from the area.
