Rolla Mahmoud Biography
An Egyptian actress and singer, born in Kuwait. She grew up in Alexandria, Egypt. She studied at the Faculty of Arts, English Department. She also studied singing and acting, attended many acting workshops, then joined the Art Academy in New York. She appeared in the movies The Magician, and Citizen, Informer, and Thief (2001), and before that in the series Season of Flower (2000).
Rolla's real breakthrough was in the movie His Excellency the Minister (2002). In 2005, she participated in the series Nizar Qabbani. This was followed by her participation in the musical None But That! (2006). She made special appearances in the movies This Is Chaos (2007), and Two Girls From Egypt (2009).
