  • The latest film franchise culled from Marvel's comic-book universe packs a ton of fun into a teeny package. Its low-key charm helps glide us over trouble spots in tone and pacing. show more

  • By being more than a superhero movie, it reminds us of what it’s worse than. Its greatest virtue isn’t that it’s a superior comic book movie, but rather that it comes close to not being that at all. Close, and yet not close enough. show more

  • Mr. Rudd, whose overall performance as the former con-man Scott Lang is fairly pallid, confines himself to genial winks and nods in a film that will surely be popular, given Marvel’s marketing might, but one that’s woefully short on coherence and originality. show more

I find a lot of movies formulaic and boring so that they we leave me with a bad after taste and the felling that I wasted part of my helping some rich guys get richer by watching the garbage they produce. Not so with Ant Man. I think this move is way underrated by the critics. Along with being an action flick, I found it very funny. I very much appreciated the laughs, and I think the actors and the movie deserve better than they and it got from the critics. Go see it!

I thoroughly enjoyed Ant-Man in 3D. I went because my husband likes Marvel movies, but he fell asleep in the middle. It was a little slow in the middle, but the end made up for it. I would give it 5 stars if he stayed awake. Go see it! A fun movie!

Very enjoyable. Time went by very fast. Went with pretty low expiation's but they did a good job on the movie. Sure it is a bit out there but well worth the price of admission. I have seen all the marvel movies so far and this one is kind of a cross between iron man and guardians of the galaxy. Fun movie.
