My son LOVED this movie and is anxiously awaiting its release on dvd. I really think, since this is a children's movie, it will do much better in homes than it did in theaters! We saw it at the very end of its run and will be very disappointed if it doesn't come out soon!

Not a chance. This movies art was terrible. It is visually one of the worst concepts ever put into animation. It's just not there. It's stero typical junk. Do not waste your time or money.

The battles are boring and the jokes as flat as old 7-Up, but the film's color palette and creatures -- from teeny buzzing critters to a monster that looks like a giant dust mite -- offer a lot to see. It's just not enough to save the convoluted story. Full Review

Too grim for kids and too dumb for grown-ups. Full Review

The story is tedious, noisy and banal. It is also rather dark and convoluted for children, though it does have the familiar bombast of a video game. Full Review
