The other actress to stand out is, unsurprisingly, Queen Latifa, whose intense screen presence makes her a force to be reckoned with even when she's simply standing in the background, not saying anything. show more

I truly enjoyed this film. Although I agree that its a bit too sweet to be real, its still a moving and thoughtful story. Performances were outstanding. Fanning was amazing. I'm sure we'll see this film during awards season.

This movie was worth the ticket price. I brought my 12 year old daughter. We both cried along with many others in the theatre; females and males. A must see!!
